On the afternoon of August 14, 2025, the Security Department of Phu My Hung Corporation held a mid-year review meeting on public security and fire prevention & fighting for the first six months of 2025 in the Phu My Hung urban area.
The event was attended by representatives of Tan My Ward People’s Committee, Tan Hung Ward People’s Committee, Tan My Ward Police, Tan Hung Ward Police, specialized units of the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department, Fire & Rescue Team KV7, South Saigon Traffic Police Team, Da Phuoc Traffic Police Team, leaders of Phu My Hung Corporation, and partner security service companies currently under contract with Phu My Hung.

According to the Security Department’s report, the first half of 2025 saw positive results in public order and fire safety across the Phu My Hung urban area. Specifically, there were four reported theft cases—five fewer than in the same period last year—and no incidents of robbery or snatching. In these cases, Phu My Hung’s security team, in coordination with local police, detected and temporarily detained seven suspects.
In terms of fire prevention and fighting, there were three minor fires during the period, mainly caused by electrical short circuits or household negligence in cooking and daily activities. No casualties were reported, and property damage was minimal.

In line with the two-tier local government model (officially implemented nationwide from July 1, 2025), Phu My Hung Corporation signed a coordination regulation with four units—Tan My Ward Police, Tan Hung Ward Police, Fire & Rescue Team KV7, and South Saigon Traffic Police Team. The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in maintaining public security and fire safety in the Phu My Hung urban area. This marks a continuation of the coordination framework previously established between District 7 Police and Phu My Hung Corporation in 2021.
